- Payment is required upon arrival on the day of service.
- Customer is responsible for arranging parking for our service vehicle.
- Electricity and running hot water must be available at the property.
- While every effort is made, complete removal of pet hair cannot be guaranteed.
- The property must be vacant at the time of cleaning.
- Pricing applies to properties in standard condition; heavily soiled properties may incur additional charges.
- An invoice will be sent via email after payment is completed.
